Bon Bon Boutique accepts Visa and MasterCard credit card payments, as well as payments through Paypal.
Please email us if you wish to pay via direct deposit, instead of placing your order online.
Please note that orders will not be processed until payment has cleared, so paying by direct deposit may delay your order by several days.
If you process an order and it remains unpaid after a period of more than 3 business days we will contact you and request payment within 24 hours.
Postage & Delivery
Bon Bon Boutique understand wanting to know shipping costs before reaching online checkout. As such, our shipping costs are flat rates, based on the total price of your order as follows:
$7.95 for orders up to $20
$11.95 for orders $20 to $45
$14.95 for orders over $45*
*The exception to the above flat rate is for bulky/heavy orders involving 3 or more cake stands and/or treat jars. Additional shipping costs for these orders may be charged after the order is placed, depending on the actual cost involved to post these bulky items to your destination. We are happy to provide shipping estimates for these bulky orders prior to the orders being placed. If you would like an estimate please email us with the items you would like to buy and the destination of where the items would be shipped.
We deliver using Fastway Couriers for standard deliveries to locations on throughout eastern and southern Australia. For remote locations or orders within Western, central and northern Australia we use Australia Post. Delivery times are in accordance with the standard Australia Post delivery times. Australia Post aim to deliver parcels within 1-5 days. More specific delivery times in accordance with sending location and destination can be found on their website at http://auspost.com.au/personal/parcel-service-standards.html. All Bon Bon Boutique orders are packaged and sent from Sydney.
Bon Bon Boutique ensures that orders are packaged and despatched within 3 business days of receipt of payment (we typically endeavour to have parcels out within a day).
We acccept international orders. If you would like an order to be shipped outside of Austrlalia, please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for a shipping quote and we will invoice you your order accordingly. We need the item and quantity you are interested in and the delivery address.
For orders that are needed fast we offer express shipping upon request. If you would like express shipping please email us (email@example.com) with the following details so that we may provide you with a quote for shipping costs:
- The items you would like to order
- Delivery address
- Date you require the items by
- Please place ‘Quote for express shipping’ in the subject heading of the email so that we may provide you with a speedier quote.
Returns & Exchanges
As part of our customer service we are happy arrange returns or exchanges if you are disssatisfied with product you have received.
For all products that are returned they must be:
- Unused, unopened and in original condition and packaging (in a saleable condition upon return).
- Returned within 7 days of delivery.
In the rare event that there are product faults or errors upon receipt of the item we will provide a refund or arrange for redelivery of that item. If this occurs, please notify us within one day of receiving the item with:
- Your name
- Your contact phone number/email
- Details of the product fault/damage
- Photograph/s showing the fault/damage
- Whether you would like a new product or refund
We cannot exchange products that have been damaged from handling by customers. For this reason, please ensure that you check the item for faults/errors when they are delivered by the postal agent.
All prices for products and shipping are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Our product prices are currently not subject to GST (in accordance with the Australian Taxation Office requirements). The prices listed on the products in the online store reflect the true price of each product - they will not incur additional charges for tax at checkout.
We respect your privacy and commit to keep all your personal information confidential and secure. Shoppers are given the opportunity to register for our special offers and newsletter through the contact information provided in the processing of orders. Your details may be removed from this list at any time upon request.
In order to facilitate the delivery of your orders, your information (only that required for the package to reach you) will be will be communicated to necessary third parties involved in the process. In placing an order with Bon Bon Boutique, you are consenting to this.
